Customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery before making payment.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
However:
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, and valid proof (clear photos or video evidence) is provided within 48 hours of delivery, Namart will cover the return shipping costs.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for:
Used or worn items
Items damaged after delivery

Items without proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details will be requested via email).
